28th June

We’ve published our preliminary event list for the remainder of this year and next year. MBO South is getting bigger and better, so get ready for more maps, more mountain biking, and new formats.

In 2012 we will be running two southern series - the MBO Southern Series, and the MBO Score Southern Series (we’re going to come up with a more exciting name too!).

MBO South will also be hosting a 3-4 hour Score event as part of the Shaftesbury Cycle Revival in mid-June, you will also be able to participate in the downhill and hill climb up the legendary Gold Hill.

In July we are planning a RideDorset event, similar in format to the Polaris - 2 days, ride Dorset, get as many controls as you can, and go exploring! We hope to get some details of this event published in the next few months.

Put the dates in your diary, and we’ll see you in a forest soon :-)

26th June

Results are now online from today’s event. Please see the results section of the website.

A huge thank you to Nigel Benham for mapping, planning and organising the whole day! It was great to see so many people finishing with big smiles :-)

Another massive thank you to Jerry Newcombe for helping us out at the last minute with the Emit kit. (I’ll buy you a burger the next time I see you J!)

Thanks to Nakd Wholefoods for sponsoring the winners prizes, we hope you enjoy their delightful Nakd goodies.

And finally, thanks to all the Sarum helpers who gave us a hand hanging and collecting controls, car parking, and manning the start. You are all absolute legends!!!
